RAUTE CORPORATION'S 10 LARGEST REGISTERED SHAREHOLDERS AFTER THE COMBINATION OF SHARES SERIES AND DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE

 

Raute Corporation (the ”Company”) announced on April 3, 2023 the registration of the combination of the Company’s share classes and the amendment to the Articles of Association in the trade register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office and on April 5, 2023 the registration of the shares subscribed in the directed share issue of the Company in the trade register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. As a result of the completion of the combination of the Company’s share classes and the amendment to the Articles of Association as well as the registration of shares issued in the directed share issue, there have been changes in the Company’s largest shareholders and the number of votes carried by the shares held by the largest shareholders.

 

The following table sets forth the ten (10) largest registered shareholders of the Company and their ownerships after combination of the share classes and the registration of the shares issued in the directed share issue based on the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy as at April 6, 2023:
