Why settle for one analyzer when you can have visual grading and moisture sorting in one compact system? Visual analyzer with face grade optimization maximizes recovery of the most valuable face grade sheets. The visual analyzer also makes sure the sheets are fully usable in the next process phases. It is best to cut non-usable veneer to trash at the peeling line instead of wasting dryer capacity.
Moisture analyzer sorts veneer to different moisture grades to further ensure efficient use of the dryer. Moisture sorting also plays important role in maximizing veneer quality. Drying different moisture grades with different dryer settings eliminates problems in the following process phases and poor veneer quality caused by over drying.
