Raute's Log Cutting Line R7 is designed to efficiently process logs of varying lengths and diameters into accurately sized blocks for veneer production. The pendulum saw enables flexible cutting according to production requirements, while integrated block debarking combines two key process stages into a single solution.
Built on decades of experience in wood processing, the Log Cutting Line R7 features robust construction and proven technology designed for demanding mill environments. The highly automated line can process up to 10 logs per minute with log diameters of up to 800 mm, supporting efficient and reliable production.
The solution is designed to accommodate a wide range of raw material dimensions, helping producers maintain flexibility while ensuring a consistent flow of material to downstream processes.
