Precise finalizing and secure packaging of LVL products

Raute's LVL Billet Handling Line R5 completes the production process by cutting LVL products to the required dimensions and preparing them for delivery. Boards and panels are protected with five-sided covering to support safe handling, storage, and transportation.
The line is designed for efficient operation and requires only three operators while supporting annual production capacities of up to 40,000 m³. With fixed line dimensions, it can process LVL products up to 75 mm thick.
Products are stacked according to transportation requirements, and the manual packaging process includes wrapping, strapping, and the addition of required transportation markings. The result is a streamlined finishing process that helps ensure products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers or construction sites.
