LVL Billet Handling Line R7 seals the perfection

Raute's LVL Billet Handling Line R7 completes the finishing process by cutting LVL products to the required dimensions and applying protective coatings according to customer requirements. The line can also support product branding, marking, and certification labeling.

Automated cutting, finishing, stacking, and packaging help ensure efficient material handling and consistent product quality. Boards and panels are securely wrapped and protected for storage, transportation, and delivery to the construction site or end customer.

Designed for efficient production, the line requires four operators while supporting annual capacities of up to 120,000 m³. By automating key finishing and packaging processes, the solution helps improve productivity, product consistency, and operational efficiency.
