The automated Plywood Lay-up Line R5 feeds the sheets to lay-up according to your recipe. Face veneer pairing allows you to feed up to two sheets at once.
The line’s gripper veneer feeding options as well as liquid extruder (LEG) and curtain coating (CC) gluing methods are gentle and don’t break thinner sheets. Vacuum box feeding is available for cross grain sheets. Paired ply numbers in one-sided gluing give you the possibility to use thicker sheets inside the plywood structure, bringing up to 25% savings in glue consumption through a reduced need for gluing sheets.
MillSIGHTS data capturing and reporting system analyzes capacity and operation, and helps optimize settings for better productivity.
