Veneer Visual Analyzer R5 - Lay-up (formerly known as Mecano VDA-A Lay-up) is equipped with a high-accuracy camera system and industrial light system for optimized veneer dimension and defect detection. The analyzers ensure that veneer sheets are visually suitable for lay-up and automatically reject any sheets that are not.
Veneer Visual Analyzer R5 is fully compatible with Rautes´ digital tools. These tools provide comprehensive data from essential elements of your veneer production, improving your overall production efficiency as also lay-up efficiency.
