Lines
Whether your industry is veneer, plywood or LVL, there is always a "fit-to-your-need" line from Raute's own offering for any and all production processes starting from log handling, running through veneer production to plywood or LVL.
Machines
The core of production lines is made of machines. Many of Raute’s machines can be installed into existing lines as modernizations, also to other brand but Raute lines.

Making the most out of your raw material is made possible by modern analyzing systems. Intelligent analyzers make the right decisions at right time. Raute offers a wide variety of different types of analyzers for veneer, plywood, LVL, and lumber production.
Future-proof your mill.
Raute offers services worldwide to maintain existing veneer, plywood, and LVL production machinery and to improve the production.
The scope of the whole delivery includes all machinery and equipment for the production process of an entire plywood mill - meaning 400 trucks still to go!
The machinery and equipment will be delivered to a green field plywood mill to be set up in Galich, Kostroma region by Segezha Group. The annual capacity of the new mill will be approximately 125 000 cubic meters. Segezha Group, a Russian forest industry holding company, has operations, in addition to Russia, in eleven countries in Europe. Raute has previously, in 2006 and 2017, delivered two production processes for the manufacture of birch plywood to Vyatskiy Fanernyi Kombinat in Kirov region. Vyatskiy Fanernyi Kombinat is part of Segezha Group.
This order is the biggest single order ever in Raute’s history, worth 58 MEUR. Raute's experience in resource-efficient technology, delivery capability and the company’s local presence and service network in the Russian market had an influence when selecting the supplier. The scope of the order serves as a proof of Raute’s leading know how on the plywood production process.A project this big is a specimen of many skills. One model example is our logistics department who have created new ways to operate and handle the loading process. Not to forget keeping everyone safe from COVID-19. A great testimony of many talents being involved in delivery projects.
