Raute Panel Repair Station R5 (patented) is designed for mills introducing industrial panel repair or adding repair capacity to existing production. The station can be integrated into the space typically required for a manual repair cell and does not require dedicated foundations. Its compact footprint is achieved by repairing panels directly in the stack on the topmost panel.

The Panel Repair Station R5 helps improve repair efficiency while reducing labor and repair material consumption. Advanced panel analysis identifies defects and optimizes the amount of filling material required for each repair point, supporting efficient material utilization and consistent repair quality.

The station provides flexibility in mill material flow by processing both trimmed and untrimmed panels and supporting a range of filling materials to meet different production requirements.

Designed for efficient operation, one operator can manage two repair stations simultaneously, helping reduce manual work while maintaining productive panel repair operations.
