Raute Panel Trimming Line R7 automatically handles panels from feeding to stacking according to the selected production recipe. The fully automated line supports efficient production and can be operated with minimal operator involvement.
The R7-Series can process multiple panel sizes ranging from 900 × 1,500 mm to 3,000 × 4,200 mm. An integrated splitting unit increases production flexibility by enabling a wider range of product dimensions while supporting higher throughput without compromising trimming quality.
The Panel Trimming Line R7 is automatically controlled and continuously monitored to support reliable production performance. For production follow-up and continuous improvement, the line can be connected to the Raute MillSIGHTS production intelligence system, providing actionable insights into process performance, line availability, and operational efficiency.
