The fully automated Raute Scarf-jointing Line R7 maximizes full sheet recovery from smaller diameter or plantation wood. Produce the highest-quality joint veneer sheets with the highest capacity line on the market: a combination of high-speed feeding and two component gluing, which reduces the gluing time 1,5 seconds per joint compared to other gluing methods.
The line is equipped with inline grading that is used to maximize jointed sheet quality. In grading the raw material is sorted and the sheets are aligned correctly maximizing yield and ensuring no material is lost.
