Raute Face Veneer Composing Line R7 meets even the most demanding needs for composed face veneer quality in various applications. Our joints are also approved for use in LNG plywood. Accurate defect detection notices even minor rots inside wood, allowing you to remove defects with a maximum amount of quality veneer remaining after clipping.
Raute gluing system creates invisible butt joints between veneer pieces with no glue gushing through the joint. The glue joints are even stronger than the wood itself, enabling sheets to be further processed in fully automated lay-up lines.
This fully automated line is the only one-operator line on the market. It enables flexible production of face veneer and plywood in special sizes.
