There is always a "fit-to-your-need" line from Raute's own offering for any and all production processes starting from log handling, running through veneer production to plywood, LVL, or solid wood panels.

Raute Trimming Line R5 is designed for efficient trimming of standard panel dimensions, such as 4 × 8 ft and 5 × 10 ft. The R5-Series operates semi-automatically and requires only one operator. Sawing units are equipped with scoring blades to help ensure clean cuts and consistent trimming quality.
The line is continuously controlled and monitored to support reliable production performance. For production follow-up and continuous improvement, it can be connected to the Raute MillSIGHTS production intelligence system, providing actionable insights into process performance and operational efficiency.
The Trimming Line R5 can be upgraded to the Raute R7-Series trimming solution, providing a clear pathway for increased automation and production capacity as operational needs evolve.
